I believe each one of us has the ability to heal from the inside out and it starts with paying attention to the cues our bodies give us. We put our bodies through so much stress physically and emotionally but forget to recharge and let go. Our bodies deserve to rest, refresh and release stress through massage and pampering. Many people think massage is just a luxury but it is a way to prevent illness, to better your health and not only do you better yourself all round, but you impact those around you in a positive way.
About Me
I am married and enjoy being home with my family. I've been a LMT since 2018 in North Dallas and volunteer with non profit organizations as a LMT and translator. Some of my favorite things to do are going to church, MMA, woman's self and Karaoke.
By Appointment Only
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is pure relaxation. This technique uses light to medium pressure, long broad strokes, circular motions and light kneading towards the heart. It will increase blood flow, release toxins, relax muscles, alleviate stress and improve mood. This is perfect for first time clients or people seeking to relax and boost their immune system.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger Point Therapy uses a firm sustained pressure to relieve painful "knots" called trigger points . Heavy pressure is used where needed. The therapist locates the trigger point, presses on it with the elbow, knuckle or thumb and holds it for several seconds. This technique can relieve chronic pain and discomfort.
Myofacsial Release
Myofascial Release is a light and slow paced massage that improves tension with in the fascia due to poor posture, trauma, or inflammation. This massage can restore range of motion and reduce pain.
